그냥... STUFF

hmm... it seems no one has updated the blog in a while.
either way, I'M BACK with the purpose of not letting this blog die. 'Cause it seems I'm the one who posts the most here anyway. XD"

soooo~ what's up in Korea right now? well... it seems a Korean model committed suicide recently. her name was Daul Kim. (yeah I know it is not such great news, but it is still news.)~ From what I read, she was quite well known internationally... honestly, I never heard of her before, but oh well. may she rest in peace. :)

oh right!
adding to the list of upcoming CONCERTS...
from what i've seen at interpark.com, MUSE is coming over to have a concert here in Korea! when? January 7th, 2010.(prices vary from 55,000 to 99,000 won)~ and that is when I ask... WHY... just... WHY are so many good concerts happening when i'm NOT in Korea? Lucky are those who will be here... i'll just inform now of how jealous of those that will be able to go watch Muse live. *sigh*~ life is so unfair...

I... really feel sad for all the KAIST Kara fans...
it seems that Nicole (oh yeah... the one that was theorically supposed to come to KAIST) has started her studies at Kunkook University. and the program has been aired too! Honestly speaking, she should've just come to KAIST. u_u~ poor girl! she has to go through lectures in KOREAN! (that must suck...)~ If you don't know, Nicole actually spend a good amount of her life in the US and only came back to Korea to try to become a singer... but either way, making things short... her korean isn't so great. tsk! so unfair! I was going to have so much fun seeing all the fanboys going after her! *sigh*
here is a small clip from the program that was aired some days ago I believe... it is quite entertaining, I must say... hehe

going on to other random stuff..
swine flu is still going around...
WINTER is here! seriously... IT IS SO COLD!
and other than this, I think there is nothing else. so basically I have run out of stuff so say, which means... I'M OFF!

tootles!~

Disappointed Fanboys, Swine Flu and Other Babbles

It seems that the dreams of all Kara-lovers at KAIST of seeing the so-called "sexy butt dance" in person has been shattered into pieces. I recently read the news that Kara's Nicole is NOT coming to KAIST. I'm sorry guys, but if you want to see Nicole from up close you will have to go hang around in the Kunkook University campus in Seoul...

Moving on to other stuff...
it seems that the swine flu (H1N1) has been propagating around the KAIST campus! I've heard about many people that have gotten it, and many that have been sent away for quarantine because their roommate got it. It feel like things are getting pretty bad. I don't know what will happen from now on... but for now all I know is that in my dorm's corridor where my room is at many people have been infected so I'm quite worried. T_T~ either way... everyone should take good care of themsleves so that they don't get the flu.

OH RIGHT!
it seems that KAIST has decided to change some of the rules... and guess what! anyone who entered on the year 2009 or will be entering KAIST in the years to come will not be able to drop courses in the middle of it. ¬¬ great huh? not really. and hmm... there is also the fact that they are changing the CS101 course that has been Java until now to Python starting next semester. And yes, it is mandatory. If you were okay with Java and were thinking you were going to take it on your freshman year in KAIST, I'm sorry to say that it won't happen. I just wish good luck for whoever will be taking Python starting next semester. Since it is a new course, we never know what to expect, so GOOD LUCK!

Winter is pratically here...
the trees' leaves are basically gone. and it is getting COLD! last week was extra cold too, for some strange reason. And I was not very prepared for that, so i froze for 3 days in a row. 8D~ then it got a little bit warmer~ lol. I feel this winter will be pretty hardcore... so make sure to pack some good coats if you are coming to Korea during winter. ;)

well... I believe this is all.
so I'M OUT!

How many times would you take the driver's license exam?

A Korean woman tried 950th times to pass the driver’s license test, can you believe? This is what Cha Sa-soon a 68 years old Korean woman did. She was trying to pass the test during the last 4 years without success, but after all she achieved the minimum score of 60 points and soon she will have her driver’s license. Isn't that amazing?
